The Network been made aware that DoS (Directory of Services) will be moving to MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) over the next few months which means the shared/generic accounts will no longer work. DoS have placed a banner on the log in screen advertising that this will take place by March.
At the moment the shared unit logins are not being removed and will be functional for a while longer (date tbc). We are currently waiting on further information and comms about the approval process and logistics for all the new logins. Until we hear otherwise, please continue to update DoS as normal with your current log-in. We will send out more information as we receive it. |
